Jane Belanger introduces the ABCs of Ukelele, from “Accessibility” to “Zing” – enhancing happiness, and relaxation. She plays some happy tunes and demonstrates the ease of learning to play a “uke”; she welcomes listeners to contact her at 604 733-2640 to book free online lessons. Jane will play some tunes for a “sing along” during our 1pm Christmas Eve podcast “party.”

Cancer survivor and Certified EFT practitioner, Neall Ryon, discusses the connection between emotional well-being and healing dis – ease as he demonstrates how to do the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to produce positive energy vibrations and relieve stress.
