Listening Session #9 – Poetry by Cynthia Sharp

In this listening session, Cynthia presents several poems, including a suite written in response to the paintings of Jilly Watson.

Cynthia Sharp is a poet, author and workshop facilitator. She is a full member of the League of Canadian Poets, as well as The Writers’ Union of Canada and was the City of Richmond’s 2019 Writer in Residence. You can find her work in journals like CV2, Friday’s Poems, Toasted Cheese and untethered, as well as on Amazon. 

Cynthia lives on the beautiful west coast where she’s completing her MFA in creative writing, inspired by the rainforests and Pacific shoreline.
